How do I get started?

Below is a description of the services I offer and pricing. However, it's still confusing at times to figure out which provider or service would be a good fit for you. I want to make sure that we click... so I ask that all prospective/new clients schedule a 15 minute phone call with me to help you make that decision.

Adult Individual Therapy

Individual therapy for those who are 18 years or older centering around the client's goals and needs. Virtual sessions are offered for residents of the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota.

$130/hour

Sliding Scale options provided when available.

Teen Individual Therapy

Individual therapy for Wisconsin and Minnesota residents between the ages of 14 and 17 years old. Sessions will consist of a mix of the client's own personal goals, while also taking into account family and school feedback. Therapy will incorporate the interests, hobbies, and strengths of the teen.

$130/hour

Sliding Scale options provided when available.

Family Therapy

Therapy for 2 or more members of a family. Goals are created through a collaborative process between family members. Family therapy sessions can also be used to supplement individual sessions as needed to ensure that everyone is on the same page, therefore improving positive outcomes in individual therapy. Wisconsin and Minnesota residents only.

$200/hour

Behavioral Coaching

Behavioral coaching for the person who is looking to make specific, non-clinical behavioral changes in their life. An ideal coaching client has their mental health needs cared for by another therapist, or is currently stable; with life, social, or work goals they would like to achieve. Clients reside NATIONWIDE and are served through a virtual platform. Service is currently only being offered for those 18 years and older.

$160/hour for Intake Session

$130/hour for Coaching Session

Packages:

$725 for 5 coaching sessions

$1200 for 10 coaching sessions

Mindfullness in the Workplace

Mindfullness, work/life balance, and general wellness of employees is an integral part of the productivity and success of any business. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and can provide your employees with an opportunity to take a break from their day to relax and reset. My goal is to help individuals maximize their productivity without sacrificing their wellness by using meditation, chair yoga/movement exercises, and providing information on how to incorporate balance into their everyday.
